Our pizza chefs are trained by the Accademia Nazionale Pizza Doc and by master Fabio Di Giovanni—recipient of one of the world's most prestigious awards in the art of Neapolitan pizza.
The dough is allowed to rise slowly to develop the right flavor and texture. The San Marzano tomatoes are sourced from the fertile soil around Vesuvius, and the Caputo flour is imported directly from Naples.
The result is baked in our wood-fired stone oven and served with a soft center, airy crust, and deep flavors.
